I've always been hesitant to make the jump to a 4K monitor, I used to only use 900p and 1080p monitors. However, when I saw that Samsung was offering this 4K monitor for such a low price compared to other options, I decided to finally give it a try. Either way, I wanted to take full advantage of my gaming hardware, which is the primary use of this monitor. Being a 28 inch monitor, this was definitely the largest monitor I've ever used and I was a bit concerned beforehand that it might be too big. But as it turns out, the larger size is definitely a plus. On top of that, the picture quality was also very good, it's definitely one of the best 4K displays of this size I've seen. The monitor also has a lot of great features like picture-in-picture that work really well. A personal plus point of the monitor for me is that it turns on very quickly. It's a small feature overall, but a big plus in my book. I've had many monitors in the past that took a while to turn on and display an image, but this one from Samsung is super fast. Overall, this monitor is definitely one of the best displays I've used, especially considering the price compared to other monitors. I would highly recommend this monitor to anyone looking to upgrade to a 4K monitor without breaking the bank but also looking for a reliable and reputable brand. A bit too bright for me and too high in contrast, but after fiddling around with the settings I found a setting that was comfortable for me. There weren't any presets that fully suited my preferences, so I had to manually tweak the settings. Although in this case it's really a matter of personal preference. Otherwise I had no problems with this monitor. I look forward to new games in 4K resolution on this monitor!
