Fits my Volvo XC90. They're pretty easy to install. There are videos online showing how to install. They make an instant difference in hatch maintenance. The old ones were a bit dangerous as the hatch didn't quite hold up in the cold Minnesota winter. Once installed, the sunroof opens fully and quickly and stays open. The reason for the "4" rating is that the "barrel" of these gas shock absorbers is not as large in diameter as the original. I'm not sure about the durability.
