Obsessed with this brand. I got rid of all my nonstick/Teflon products a while ago and read that ceramic is much less toxic, easier to clean and heats up well. I was so impressed with the cupcake shape that I ordered a pan. Enjoy cooking with these products and cleaning is so easy. Highly recommended
