Review on 🕰️ Timeless Elegance: Antique Brass Socket Lamp with a Touch of Nostalgia by Todd Markel

I needed to rewire my literally huge 70's lamp and this kit matched the lamp's brass well and was relatively easy to install (although the instructions aren't the best). I have attached some photos which I hope will be helpful. First, the cord is quite long; maybe about 8 or 9 feet? The lamp I fixed is really big, the picture has a cat and a soda can for scale, and the length of the cord is what's left after installing a new outlet. I also have some photos of the assembly described in the instructions, that's important. When attaching the wire loops to the screws/bushings, be sure to align the loops in the direction the screw is tightened to prevent the loops from slipping off when the screws are tightened. I ended up using most of the lamp's original hardware to install the new outlet, although it would be nice to install additional hardware just in case. The last picture shows how good the new socket looks with the original lamp brass. There will be a Wi-Fi LED bulb in the lamp, I will update the review if there are any issues in the future.
