Very user friendly! A lot of useful features and functions and even better service and support! After learning about the features and functionality, the whole process was so easy to use, I didn't realize how difficult it would be to learn it all! My shop manager helped me tremendously and made the whole process so easy! One feature I like about this software is that you don't get charged any fees when your product goes into pre-order or order status (or anything else) until after they ship.

They actually tell you ahead of time what those costs will be before ordering begins - very helpful information for someone who doesn't know much about ecommerce platforms.
