I used to say it was "useful, reliable" but I was too fast. I bought one a while ago but only used it briefly. got another to outfit a new computer. used one for mouse and keyboard, the other for three Seagate hard drives. The mouse worked fine for a while, then became sluggish or could skip a long distance. The keyboard entered reps on the fly even after I lengthened the interval, giving me a fairly quick set of reps (20?). Then I lost the disk After unmounting the rest, deleting the hub and plugging it back in, I lost another disk (they stayed where they were). other erratic behavior, everything works without the case, will try another device and keep fingers crossed
