So here's the weird thing. I use this device to add my Logitech wireless trackball mouse and USB keyboard to my Surface laptop. After returning this item and noting the imperfections, Vante Tech was kind enough to message me and send me a new hub even though I just wanted a refund. The new hub does work, but I think I'll have to return it anyway because I have to flip my USB drives to make it work.
