So here's the weird thing. I use this device to add my Logitech wireless trackball mouse and USB keyboard to my Surface laptop. At first everything connected perfectly, but then I noticed that the mouse is moving in the opposite direction from where I wanted to direct the ball to the left, the mouse to the right, etc. So I downloaded the Logitech software, there was no mouse direction setting, and why not and no, who wants mice backwards? So I tried a reboot. Still no luck. Finally I tried moving the USB to a different slot, away from the keyboard and BAM!, It worked and has been working ever since. I don't know if it's a hub issue or a software issue, but it was weird. It's a really nice device, small, portable and self-powered via a USB port. The USB slots are very narrow and require a bit of finesse to make sure everything fits.
