3/8/19 - Just wanted to give an update on my original review. After returning this item and noting the imperfections, Vante Tech was kind enough to message me and send me a new hub even though I just wanted a refund. The new hub does work, but I think I'll have to return it anyway because I have to flip my USB drives to make it work. But I just wanted to say how good the customer service is from Vante Tech and that I will buy from them again in the future and hopefully it's a product I can use :).----------- - ------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------- - ------------------------ I bought this last week because my work laptop only has a USB port. As soon as I plugged it in the light came on but when I looked at the menu it didn't appear. I unplugged and plugged it back in and it showed up but stopped after an hour even though the light was still on. Also feels very hot. Will have to return.
