After a week the dirt will come off the pedals and the carpet will become dirty in that area. When hiking or even walking through mud or rain, in my case the mud made its way onto the carpet right under the pedals. They have a logo and fit well on the front and back seats. If you're one of the few who can use your Discovery off-road (horse trails, hiking trails, camping or if your feet regularly get wet) you might want to look at other Land Rover floor mats or add something underneath to accommodate the driver's side floor mat to extend. I have had several Land Rovers and love their stuff! A little disappointed as I need the most protection on the driver's side. It's not the seller's fault, these rugs appear to be cut that way.
