Review on Inkjet Primed Gessoed Canvas Paper Sheets (8.5x11, Pack of 20) - Printable by Heather Shaw

Very nice texture. Gesso takes ink very well. Doesn't flake or bleed. It's a completely matte finish but the color looks saturated. It's not very stiff paper, so it was a bit difficult to feed into my printer. I have Canon Mx882. They will not feed correctly from the bottom tray and must be fed one at a time through the rear manual feed slot. I print my artwork onto this canvas and after a few minutes spray it with clear UV stable Krylon acrylic to bring out the vibrant colors. I wait about an hour for the polish to dry completely. I sprayed the backing with Super 77 tape and glued these images to the wood panels. I roll them with a rubber brush or rolling pin and the gesso still doesn't come off. come out nice The canvas is of excellent quality, however I had one sheet with a seam and several others with folded corners. Very happy with the quality! 4.5 stars if I could! They're not as strong as Fredrik's canvases, but at least the gesso doesn't peel off like Fredrik's brand. You haven't found one that is as good and with the same finish as the Office Depot brand from years ago!
