Like a lot of other reviews have said, these are not hearing aids. They amplify noises around you and just make things in general louder. They seem to pick up paper wrinkling and plastic crumpling the most, I didn’t notice the amplification nearly as much on voices. They also cause a bit of an echo of your own voice when talking but it is fairly mild.The ability to use them as Bluetooth earbuds with your phone is pretty handy. The sound quality for music is pretty decent, definitely heard better quality with higher end products, but as a secondary feature it gets the job done.The instructions are fairly complicated and rather small print, I assume most people who need these would also prefer larger font for the instructions.
