Review on πŸ”₯ Aeromotive 11540 Fuel Pump: 340 Series Stealth In-Tank with Center Inlet by Ronald Bleimeyer

Revainrating 5 out of 5

2001 Isuzu Rodeo Upgrade

Installation was fairly easy. The wires are thick, the connectors are reliable. Installed on my Isuzu Rodeo. I chose the middle hole because my pump had two inlets. There was no 340 l/h pump that would fit directly. I had to cut a hole for the sensor and pull the dremel out the top where the pump is. I also notched the top to reveal the top connector. The supplied fuel line was too short, so I took a new piece of fuel line. The pump itself is slightly larger than the original. You cannot use the factory pump bushing. The Aeromotive sleeve isn't rubber, it's something like foam. However, it is located directly in the pump housing. First you need to install the sleeve in the housing, and then install the pump. Otherwise, the sleeve will be tied. The pump is quiet and there's no real indication that it's anything other than a drain. Rodeo currently only ships with a Nitrous kit. It was difficult for the supply pump to provide fuel for both the injectors and the nitrogen supply. It will be used with acceleration and I will update it after I can make sure it can withstand that load.
