I like how easy it is to use the program for transcribing. It's very user friendly. I also like that you can have multiple people working on one document at once. The only thing I don't like about this program is that sometimes when I'm trying to get rid of some of my documents, they won't let me delete them until I've finished using them. But other than that, I really haven't found anything else that I dislike about this program. I would recommend this software to anyone who wants to be able to transcribe their own documents. This has helped us by having someone else do all of the work for us. We no longer have to spend time doing paperwork or typing up reports. Now we are able to focus on more important things.
