A great solution to digitising large volumes

I like how easy it is for my clients (they are doctors)to upload their dictated audio files directly from any device or software they use regularly - no additional equipment needed! No time wasted waiting around when an appointment comes in which requires immediate attention.- The turnaround times can be improved but this isn't something we've had much of issue with so far as there haven’t been many occasions where one has waited more than about 15 minutes before being contacted by someone at…

Excellent service and great value if you want professional results quick

The best thing about this software is it's price! It was so cheap I didn't even think twice before purchasing (I had been using another product for years). In just over 2 weeks my business went from 20+ clients/week down into single digit numbers - all because of poor pricing by competitors who are now unable to compete with us due in part to their lacklustre customer support services as well!! We've since managed to get back up but we're still losing money each week despite having no downtime

  • It's not the most feature rich software, the lack of updates, the lack of integration with other software, the lack of customer support services

The best part of this software is its customization options; it can be easily customized if you want something different from what they offer in their templates/themes etc or any other aspects like word count per page limits for your doc type(s) as well! It also helps with time management when working remotely because there are features within which track deadlines quickly without having us manually enter them into each file we create (it's still manual but at least reduces errors). Great way and good quality transcription service

I like how easy it is to use the program for transcribing. It's very user friendly. I also like that you can have multiple people working on one document at once. The only thing I don't like about this program is that sometimes when I'm trying to get rid of some of my documents, they won't let me delete them until I've finished using them. But other than that, I really haven't found anything else that I dislike about this program. I would recommend this software to anyone who wants to be able…
