She offered to refund the purchase price or send a replacement and I opted for a replacement. I received a new one in 2-3 days, it works great and I'm so glad I have another vacuum sealer. She also assured me that the new one was still under warranty. I am very satisfied with the quick processing. I am a very happy customer. **** I was so excited to install the vacuum sealer and it worked fantastic for a month. After that time he reached the place where he sometimes closed and sometimes not. After 2 months it sucks but does not seal. It's so frustrating because I liked it at first.
