I love this new thermometer. It's super easy to use and seemed really accurate. I just turned it on from the back and moved the knob up and down to the desired temperature, inserted the probe into the meat and placed it on top. I could see the temperature rising and when it reached the desired temperature it beeped. So easy. Definitely recommend this one.
