This item was received out of the box due to occasional audio dropouts in the bottom half of the video. The day I received the product I contacted the manufacturer's tech support to get a CS representative who had no advice whatsoever on how to fix the problem. In fact, he seemed confused that he wasn't allowed to offer advice. Surprised and disappointed, I hung up to try to fix the problem myself. The audio was temporarily corrected by increasing the frequency in the recording devices to 48,000 Hz. Video was temporarily fixed by lowering OBS FPS settings to 20-30 (not as advertised). This fix just made it so static was just rarer. After 2 days the device was completely dead. I contacted Revain support who put me through to the seller who then put me back in touch with the manufacturer. The manufacturer wasn't in the office. I didn't leave a voicemail. The item has been returned.
