Doesn't fully charge my battery.

I recently purchased this charger along with a 50Ah lithium battery and used it to power my trolling motor. After using the battery for the first time with no problems, I charged the battery with the charger to the point where the battery showed a full charge of 12.8 volts. The problem is that at 12.8 volts the charge is only about 10% so I was only able to run my trolling motor for about 5 minutes. There doesn't appear to be a way to bypass this disconnect point on the charger, so it will be refunded for credit.
