Review on 🥯 Hoan Bagel Guillotine: The Ultimate Universal Slicer for Perfectly Cut Bagels - Silver, 9.25-Inch by Ishon Prz

I bought this because my heart couldn't take the strain of watching our 11 year old daughter cut bagels with a serrated bread knife (while she was multitasking with screens and such). I had a heart attack. and she would cut her hand like that. I had high expectations and despite the overwhelmingly positive reviews, I had some concerns about how well the Hoan Bagel Guillotine would work. My fears were unfounded. This not-so-small device slices through any bagel - and my kid gets hit so hard he eats 2 or 3 of them every day. I no longer worry about serious cuts even though the (coated) blade on this thing is SHARP! My only advice, like other reviewers, slice (press) slowly so you don't crush the softer bagels. Also, the thing cuts so cleanly that crumbs are out of the question - quite happy with this purchase. The thing now has a permanent spot next to the toaster on our counter, at least until it tires of the bagels. I highly recommend.
