Bought this to print replacement rubber end caps for a tool box I was renovating. Printed beautifully on the first try, using a Bowden setting and a standard (non-flexible) extruder, with print settings in the middle of the recommended range. The only thing I would recommend (as with other flexible filaments), especially if you're extruding into a Bowden tube: adjust the settings so that you're extruding at a constant speed (so fill, perimeter and everything else in the same speed), turn off the faucet and print fairly slowly (I worked about half as fast as I print PLA); these things should prevent most problems.
