Stops working after a few weeks

I thought it was the best idea! This morning (35 days) no light, no heat. I've tried different sockets and cords, just dead. It's too late to go back and I'm not happy. It's not easy to update, but after a long conversation, Revane put me through to the seller. The seller replied immediately. They will send a replacement as new shipments arrive.
