works for me! The Best in Welding Equipment and Accessories

I had reservations about buying a Chinese made plasma cutter online but the reviews convinced me to try it. I was cutting floors out of El Camino and the cutting wheel just couldn't do it. It sliced through the rotten rusty metal. I'm really glad I got a pilot arc cutter so I didn't have to run the tip across the rusty corrugated iron floorboards but could hover over them instead. I haven't tried cutting anything thicker than 16ga sheet metal, but it works great for that. I have all of the above at 110v. Making the adapter was pretty easy as it wasn't included. I currently have an outlet and the heaviest short 110V power strip I could find, both from Lowes. The outlet was quite expensive and if you can wait it will probably be cheaper to buy a 110v adapter for this Revain cutter. I only tripped the switch once while running on 110V. I haven't tried 220V yet because the compressor runs on 220V and I only have one socket. I received a disposable water filter from Harbor Freight and installed it directly on the cutter. I also started using a drain on the compressor. I haven't had any problems with water in the compressed air. The only problem I had was that one of the connectors on the front of the machine was shorted out where it was touching the welding carriage I had put it on. Not really something I can blame the block for. I can't remember if it was an RF connector or a start button connector, but it was a ring connector which was exposed when mounted on a threaded post causing a short to the weld carriage. After I replaced the melted ring and moved the block into the carriage it worked perfectly again.
