I don't know why my experience compares so poorly to everyone else, but it didn't work. From the box I could see that it was tested but had a very weak arc. I contacted the manufacturer, after some tests they decided to send me a new one. Same problem. I decided to open it up and take a look around as this seemed to be an issue. I had reservations about buying a Chinese made plasma cutter online but the reviews convinced me to try it. I was cutting floors out of El Camino and the cutting wheel just couldn't do it.
