I received it and connected it to 110V for easier use. I would really benefit from investing in more 220v outlets as increasing the amperage will blow my splitter shield when cutting thicker material like 1/4" steel. I usually only use it for sheet metal and am very happy with the cut quality. and the speed at which I can cut. I don't regret taking it because it was my first plasma cutter. all. I contacted Lotos and ran out of troubleshooting steps and their best solution was to throw it away and buy a refurbished one. Now I only used it 5-6 times before it died and was still on my supplies that came with the package If I used it more often it might ruin the pre-warranty bed and all would be fine. The embarrassing thing is that they don't even offer their customers a service for the faulty product. I would pay any amount to have it repaired as long as it is not worth it to me as a restored model. I will definitely be purchasing a product from a bigger name in the future. Lotos will NOT help you after the warranty has expired. Well it's a joke.
