Bought this machine for a home project starting in a few weeks (early July 2017). In use I have noticed that the hose allows air into the outer shell. It cuts, but with reduced air pressure. Trace the leak to a small, razor-like cut in the inner hose about 2 feet from where it connects to the machine. No problem, I thought, since it's still under warranty. That's when the big problems started. Contacted support, no answer. Used the web form for support, no response. Received call, mailbox is full but left no message. Contact via facebook page, no reply. At the moment my 30 day return window is closed after 2 weeks of unsuccessful contact. About a week ago (mid-August) driving down the road, I pressed redial and got a live person in lotus! I explained the problem to him, gave him the part number, phone number and email address and he said he would contact me to change the hose. To date no answer
