The most important thing I like about Service Path is its ability to deliver quotes on all types of product lines including SaaS and Cloud solutions! Also their excellent customer support team which always delivers when it comes time to solve problems. One issue we encountered was the difficulty finding our account manager within the system. It would be nice if they had more training sections available so users could learn how to use the system better - this will help build trust and confidence from customers, who may otherwise have questions regarding the system. Some other things I liked were integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 via Power BI. We also used their mobile solution called AppyQuote for field staff to create price quotations quickly without having to leave the office environment.
