Great tool useful especially during busy times

I like how easily users can make changes to their data, without having someone else there with them or an account manager helping edit everything for you! There could be more features in this platform as well that may allow people from other offices who are not physically at your office/department access what happens here but we're working through those issues now too :). The dashboard is also easy enough so it's quick work if things go wrong when setting up reports etc - which has happened before though because of lack knowledge about our clients' systems (they keep changing stuff!). This service helps streamline sales meetings between agents out across different sites / states quite effectively by managing all client information centrally allowing us reps time spent selling rather than searching records manually each week :) It is very easy to use in Salesforce, really helps with our team to manage leads and contacts. It does not have the best UI but it's ok for now. The support is great, they are always there when you need them. I would like to see some more features in the future. This product has helped us to improve our sales process, it allows us to track all our leads and contacts. It also allows us to create different reports that help us to understand better how we can grow our business.
