I like how easily users can make changes to their data, without having someone else there with them or an account manager helping edit everything for you! There could be more features in this platform as well that may allow people from other offices who are not physically at your office/department access what happens here but we're working through those issues now too :). The dashboard is also easy enough so it's quick work if things go wrong when setting up reports etc - which has happened…
