I really like this because it crushes everything really well. I'm not an onion lover but lately I've been mixing onions and garlic together for chopping and it makes it small enough to reduce and I don't have chunks of onion but the flavor is there. Pico de gallo and even guacamole made in small batches. Much easier than a garlic press. The garlic gets stuck everywhere, but it's easy to pick out. This is a great little product and I'm glad I bought it
