Review on Fuel Lines Gasoline Small Engines by Bob Kussmaul

I bought this for a 15hp motor on a small dinghy. The tank is at the front of the boat, so this line is front to back. I haven't used the boat for about 3 months and after starting it only ran for about 15 seconds before it stalled and wouldn't start. I looked at the clear fuel filter and it was dark brown but the fuel in the tank was still clean and fresh. Only what was in the hose turned out to be contaminated fuel. I've found that the fuel only needs to be in the hose for a few days before it turns reddish brown. Something is obviously leaking from the hose. I replaced the hose with a better quality Made in USA and no more problems.
