Review on Brower by Casey Yuh

Promises that Brower fails to deliver on

Brower's online store, with its focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, appeared promising at first look. My most recent interaction with them, however, has left me with a bitter flavor in my mouth. First of all, I had a hard time finding what I needed on their website because of how cumbersome and complicated it was. Worse yet, the quality of the product I got was nowhere near as advertised. Their products aren't exactly cutting edge, so it's obvious that their commitment to innovation is all talk. Furthermore, when I attempted to address my concerns, their customer support was unresponsive and unhelpful. As a result, I felt unimportant and unappreciated as a client. They claim to care about their customers, but it's clear that commitment ends as soon as they make a transaction for them. Overall, if you're searching for a trustworthy and client-centered online shop, I wouldn't suggest Brower. They talk a good game about creativity and customer service, but their actual offerings and support are severely lacking. Don't bother with this store any longer than necessary.
