Ideal for training and intense gaming sessions. It's very easy to clean, light doesn't penetrate your nose so games are more intense, and it's much more comfortable than Quest 2's rough foam. The silicone feels great the first time you put it on for any gaming session. However, because the sweat doesn't soak in, the Quest 2 tends to slip if I keep playing after sweating a lot. The fit to the Quest 2 itself is very tight. My old Quest 1 cap kept coming off on the nose and this was very annoying, I'm glad it's not a problem as it has a special tab that attaches to the Quest 2's nose. I highly recommend this if you enjoy training in VR.
