I needed a LiFP BMS replacement that can handle 100 amps. My guess is that the battery's current BMS was defective. In my case replacing the BMS was easier than taking the battery apart and testing the cells. I have used this BMS successfully. I was able to pull through about 100 amps momentarily (less than a minute). The problem is getting enough wire to safely carry 100 amps at around 12-13 volts. There just isn't enough room for enough cables. BMS is too small for that. I haven't measured and there's no documentation, but it looks like there are three holes that can accept 14 gauge wire for B and out. 40 amps out. He also mastered charging. I used a regular car charger. The charging process was aborted at 14.4 volts. It worked well enough for me. For others I wouldn't use it and try to use it beyond the power of the wire booster you can plug into it. I would also recommend adding a fuse to protect the wires.
