No spillage, allows for easy draining of oil through the hole in the derby cap.

Very practical. Don't do what I did and top up the primary fluid while the bike is level and jacked up and before I put the derby cap on I lowered the bike and leaned/parked on the stand and it came 5 to 10 ounces of oil out. out of the hole in the derby's lid on the primary and made a big mess. my fault This funnel is cool.
