I originally had another (cheaper) tablet/phone holder in my shopping cart but wasn't thrilled with its cheap aesthetic. I'm glad I kept looking and found this! PROS: - Comes with three sizes of expandable holders - S, M, L - which I think fit a phone, mini tablet, and regular iPad respectively. (I used M for my iPad mini as shown in the photo). There are soft grips at both the base and where it holds your phone/tablet. Heavy duty steel, modern aesthetic (combined with our modern apartment) - no hanging around. The hand stays in place! CONS: You need about an inch of something to clamp it down. No big deal - I just slipped some index cards under the tray where the clip touches the table to hold it in place. I don't really care as it exceeded my expectations but I thought it was worth mentioning. -------- Finally, the box it comes in is good. It doesn't have any weird graphics and it doesn't look "cheap" so I'd feel very comfortable giving it as a gift, maybe for Christmas or a birthday. I am very happy that I bought it. If you want something more upscale and durable than $10-15 tablet holders, get this one. You will not be disappointed.
