Great product and good Customer Service

The best thing about our experience with signity is their customer service team who are always willing to help out even if you have an issue that's not directly related to them or your account manager. They also offer great support via email so it makes communication easy when there isn't time between meetings. Their pricing can be tricky at times but they will try hard get you into some kind of discount plan depending upon which features/modules you're looking to purchase. If I had any complaints its just those minor details like how long does this take before we see results? We need data analysis from multiple sources - sales force automation tool as well as third party applications (Zendesk)We use Signitiy mainly because it has integration capabilities with SFDC where other companies don't allow us access due to privacy concerns among others.

  • CRM solutions are not easy to deploy and very expensive if you don't have a full in house resources
Cons
  • The pricing is a little too convoluted and hard to navigate
