The best part is that it integrates with all your other applications like sales force hub etc., so you can easily track leads across different platforms using this tool! It's easy to use as well but sometimes there are some minor glitches which take time out of my day while working online or offline from home; I am not able solve them myself even after contacting their support team several times (even though they claim 24/7 customer service).
