Review on ☕ OXO BREW 8-Cup French Press Replacement Carafe, 34-Ounce: Find high-quality, convenient replacement for your French press by Ashton Dahmer

The overall quality of the Oxo product is surprisingly poor. As you can see from the photos, the metal rim of the glass carafe is anything but round. The picture of the silicone slider shows the gap it leaves in the carafe, this is a 1/8" thick bamboo skewer that easily fits in the gap. the plunger is also very cheaply made for an Oxo product. When brewing it leaves not too much ground in the drink but that's not very good. At the moment I'm not sure I'll be back. A bit pricey for the quality. Updated October 1, 2018: Returning. Added another picture showing that shows how terrible the tea and mate strainer is.
