I could not reflash. Without the manual, I was able to access it on the computer. Looking through it, I found that it only recorded a few that I wanted to record on more than one RW. It was for recording on the JVC x4 I had but it couldn't handle the recording. It seemed to try, then stopped after a few seconds. Was really disappointed as I believed it would do what I was looking for. I have several videocassettes that I need to edit. So just recording on R DVD doesn't do me much good. I am SATISFIED with how AMAZON is handling such thoughts.
