Review on BEAMS by Michael Wiley

The ease of use and interface is very good and has proven itself over time for me since I've been using it daily. It is quick loading and easy to navigate through all phases of my job. There are not enough features that can be expanded upon. For example, you cannot have more than one company file open at any given time. You can only view 1 project at a time. This would really help with efficiency especially if we were constantly switching back and forth to different jobsites. Great product but could definitely benefit from some improvements. As mentioned above, having multiple projects open at once would improve overall workflow efficiencies. Also, being able to have an option to save previous versions of documents which would come in handy sometimes as well due to possible changes during a client engagement. The ability to customize your quote to the customer's needs. It can get confusing if you don't have all the tabs open at once, you may need to keep opening and closing them as needed. I like that it is easy to use for the first time user and also for someone who has been using it for years. It is very easy to use and gets the job done. We are able to provide our customers with a better quote than they would receive from another company.
