It's flammable! in fire escapes

That's good, I couldn't believe it when he said once you use it it's not good anymore. I was like how do we know if it works so we used it I'm confused I can't reassemble it so easy to throw it out the window again and it's bent and it's very spicy. Worst of all, it's far from safe for kids to climb down, it's too rickety to wiggle, too weak if on fire, I'd rather someone send her an extension ladder. Since I opened it and used it I can't return it and I don't have the $65.

Pros

Tested to withstand a load of up to 1,000 pounds, it can be extended up to 25 feet for use in three-story locations.
