This tripod is a very nice tool to add to any filmmaker's kit list. It is very convenient for taking pictures from a lower angle and it can even be mounted high on places like fences, poles, etc. Due to the flexible yet strong legs, the user can mount/clamp it anywhere. It works well with cell phones, action cameras, camcorders, DSLRs, and more. Please note: if you are using a DSLR or camera with a heavy lens, make sure the feet are evenly spaced so the weight of the camera doesn't fall forward. Unfortunately I let my dad use this tripod when it was new and out of the box and he used his NIKON DSLR to take some lower angle shots of kittens for his YouTube channel. As he set up his tripod and stood up, the camera fell forward, damaging his lens. His whale lens now needs to be replaced. He wasn't happy with it and sent it back to me. I tried to explain the weight distribution problem to him and showed him that it could work well by demonstrating it with my GH4 and a large Canon L lens. But being an elderly gentleman in his 50's he didn't want it yet starting I felt mini tripods were to blame. Other than that situation, it worked fine. Next week I'll be posting a test video showing the unboxing and what it looks like when installed with a camera. Watch TOON215 on YouTube. Always use a level and make sure your tripod is secure before you go. I don't want you guys going through the boo-boo too. I would recommend this to a friend. Many Thanks
