I love this tripod and may have to buy a second one. I bought it for trips so my fiancé and I can take photos together. But when we got it, my fiancé loved it so much he immediately took it to work where he shoots a lot of videos. It's pretty simple and research. It has adapters so it can easily be used with a phone (I have an iPhone 10). Can also be used with Go Pro and Camera. Bends into multiple shapes and can be used to wrap objects. This is the tallest flexible tripod I've found on the market. Be sure to buy! Additionally, this is the only flexible tripod that has the same features as a real tripod - with the ability to detach the top platform, as well as fully adjustable angles, rotation, etc. This is undoubtedly a great product. Between my cameras, my phone, my mic, my lights, my vlogs and anything else I can add, this cool little stand of mine will be widely shared. I really like the tripod's quick release buckle and its locking device to make sure it stays in place when I want it. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I'm not sure how well some of the plastic parts will stand the test of time. For less than $12.00 this gizmo has value.
