Great mini tripod but the head is all plastic so be careful how you use it.

This is a great little tripod that offers many possibilities. It's similar to the "Gorillapod" tripod I've used for years, but its legs allow for a lot more flexibility so it can really cling to anything it can wrap around, while the Gorillapod is a little more limited (but still Great)) . ). The head of this tripod is made entirely of plastic; There are no metal parts apart from a few screws. This is fine in static situations, but be realistic about plastic's limitations. I wouldn't put my expensive heavy DSLR on it and then skate down the street with my feet because the plastic head can EASILY detach under the weight of the DSLR. There is a thin part just above the back of the head that I could see. This tripod is better suited for static situations where you don't have to worry about shaking or vibration. Obviously if you're using a GoPro the tripod is a lot lighter and you can do more action with it, but I really wouldn't use it with a DSLR in any situation other than on a table or on the floor. ; Basically any situation where the camera is not at risk if something happens. I currently have a Nikon DSLR on a tripod and the weight of the camera puts a lot of pressure on the tripod head. Nikon (with lens) weighs 1560 g; the manufacturer of this tripod states that it has a maximum load of 1600g, which really takes a toll on it. It comes with a smartphone holder, a GoPro mount adapter and a lens cleaning cloth. One of the great things about this tripod compared to the Gorillapod is the detachable plate, so you can easily detach it from the camera without unscrewing it completely. The head has a built-in spirit level, which is a handy feature for perfect camera alignment. For the price this is a very good flexible tripod and you get a lot for your money; Just be smart about how you use it considering the head is made entirely of plastic. Do not entrust him with heavy and expensive equipment that will be lost or broken if the head falls off. When used for the right applications and with realistic expectations of what it can handle, this is a great tool.
