Review on Centric Parts 111 07940 Brake Shoe by Brent Cole

Rear brakes last worked 3 years ago. The rear brakes on this vehicle are a combination disc/caliper for stopping and a small shoe/drum for the parking brake. The parking brake pads were falling apart and the hardware was VERY rusty. These shoes and a new set of parking brakes fit perfectly. Also installed new brake discs and pads. Adjusting the parking brakes was a bit tricky, as the Subaru's suspension partially blocks the access slot where you insert a flathead screwdriver to pry/twist the pad adjuster. The adjustment was successful, the rear brakes are now like new.
