Review on RTIconnect Back-Office by Scott Ramu

The system is very user friendly. I love the ability to send a text to a customer letting them know their order is ready. I do not like the fact that I cannot send an email to a customer. I would love to be able to send an email to a customer letting them know their order is ready. I have not had any issues with the system. I highly recommend this system. It is very user friendly. I like that I can text a customer letting them know their order is ready. This helps me to keep track of a customers orders and also helps me to keep track of the orders I have left to prepare for the day.
