Also a good solution for a bar

I thought I would just order a riding case and now that I re-read the description I think I can decipher some of the contents description. I have a different Topeak mount on a different bike and was looking for a different way to connect my phone. This product comes with a mounting bracket, a flexible housing, a stem cap adapter and a stem adapter. In short, everything you need to install a stem cap or stem. The handlebar adapter is key because I was able to install the mount on another bike that doesn't have a stem cover. The rod adapter connects to the ingenious product. If a thick zipper and a snail yoke have a baby, that offspring is the Topeak Rod Adapter Connector. And this connector holds the mount in place. A stretchable phone holder is better for a phone than a tablet holder, but it works for both. My son's iPhone 8 with Otterbox case fits in the phone holder. When I take my Samsung Note out of the protective case, this Topeak phone holder holds it. The straps seem solid so I'm hoping the phablet construction will work for a while before I remove the strap. Yes, the rubber band covers the buttons on both the iPhone and Samsung, but I don't want to adjust my phone while driving. I just want to monitor my trip tracking app and adjust the angle of my phone.
