Not easy to use, best in car electronics

I had a Garmin GPS before and it was fairly easy and straightforward to use. I am asking to return this product as I cannot easily set it up. And now that I've read about map updates, that's too much work. Garmin has made it easy to download up-to-date maps. I will get another Garmin.
