I am so pleasantly surprised by this product! Super easy to set up. Once connected, it will detect your nearby phone and AUTOMATICALLY open your hand so you can put your phone down! I have an iPhone XR and it starts charging as soon as I close my hands and press the phone. No further action is required as long as your phone supports Qi. So high-tech and functional. It also loads pretty quickly. As soon as you get out of the car, just press the side button and your hand is free to pick up your phone. I'm a gadget nerd and this blows my mind! Highly recommended!
